This is due to the multiple actions carried out by parasites, rodents and or even to the lack or absence of techniques in the effective preservation of fruits and vegetables in order to extend their lifespan. This training will give you the techniques and the means to anticipate the obstacles that may slow down the implementation of your agrifood transformation project and the distribution of your production on the market.

This training explains the processing of fruit juices, which is an increasingly popular area that can lead to the rising of several SMEs. This training allows you to acquire all the skills and knowledge required to excel in the processing of fruit juices. This course is divided in five  modules:
